These are based on the muffins our friend Mellie used to bring us on special Sunday mornings, made from a recipe handed down to her by long-time Sullivan resident Marjorie Spock.

Made with organic whole wheat flour and organic molasses, we’ve added organic cinnamon and ginger to the mix and use our Dairy Delights Goat’s Milk Kefir (Mellie’s favorite!) in place of the called for yogurt. These are so satisfying, delicious and nourishing and good keepers, too.
